Advantages: Fantastic moisturiser, deep hydration effects, long lasting and very soothing.

Disadvantages: None I don't think...

Since the cold weather has started to come through, I've been using this everyday - I think this one's pretty good.

What is it?

An intensive lip moisturiser.

What does it do?

It contains five different moisturisers, designed to penetrate deep into the skin to ensure complete long lasting hydration of the lips. The moisturiser also has a sun screen of SPF 6.


Is it good?

It's a very soothing moisturiser and with a claim to contain five different moisturisers there are really no excuses for your lips to be still dry after applying this. The effects are instant and it has a slight cooling sensation when applied. My lips immediately feel plumper and fuller after applying this and definitely very moisturised. This is not just a surface barrier ointment of some sort, you can really feel it working in the deep layers of the skin, well, that's the feeling I get anyway...

I find the effects last a good couple of hours, although after eating and drinking I tend to feel my lips start to become dry again, though some of it does appear to come off, my lips still felt ok and only a little dry from the surface.

I haven't really noticed any particular scent, just a tingly minty sensation, though having said that I haven't really ever tasted a minty flavour. Out of emergency, I have actually tried to apply to my eyes to remove some make-up, that area tingled too (!), almost like I had apply an ice pack to it...


Cost?

The cream comes in a very small tube of 5g. Yes, this sounds very little, especially at £1.99 when you can get face creams at a similar price for a large 50ml jar.
But hey, compared to other lip balms which are all a similar price -I feel this works best. Only very little is needed each time, less than you think. A little of this goes a long way and my last tube lasted me a good few months.

This, I feel, is one of the best on the market, especially in this weather.
