Sometimes you just need more than your regular lipbalm/salve and this is just the thing you will be looking for! It comes in cardboard packaging and inside you will get a little 5g tube of miracle cream! The tube is a metal like tube with a red plastic screw top lid. It costs around £2 - £3 but it's worth the money, and considering you only get a small tube, the cream does tend to last well as only a small amount is needed. The cream has a menthol scent and upon applying it you will experience a tingleing sensation in your lips! It works quite well as a lip plumper too as it is not unlike the plump up lipglosses that cost £5+, atleast with this ... Read the complete review

I've always suffered from dry lips - no, it's worse than that, verging on a dermatological problem, in that the skin around my lips puffs and gets tight and red and dry. It is really incredibly attractive, and actually feels much worse than it looks (even). This used to happen much more when I was younger, in any stressful situation, even when I wasn't aware of feeling stressed, like long journeys for example. It is kind of a self perpetuating situation, because it hurts and looks horrible which makes you feel depressed and more stressed, especially as it tends to happen around special occasions. There are many things in life I dislike but only a few that I hate, one of the thing`s I hate most is chapped or dry lips. I have an awful habit of constantly licking my lips so of course when I do this out in the cold I end up with the dreaded chapped and sore lips. There are many, many lip balms and supposed cures and preventions to this happening and although some of them help there are few that actually do what they claim. I found myself using Vaseline most of the time as prevention but if the chapped lip syndrome took bite then Vaseline done little or nothing to help repair the damage. Finally I found the prevention and the cure all in one ... Read the complete review

I have used Blisteze for years - a year or so ago it was rebranded to Blistex, but still says Blisteze in small letters on the box. It is nearly £3 for a small tube, but it lasts well. It has a very minty scent to it, but doesn't taste very nice if you accidentally get some in your mouth! When applying you get a slight tingling sensation but you soon get used to it. When your lips are extremely dry and chapped, this does give instant relief, as well as helping to improve the condition in general. It is advertised as being used for cold sores. I have never had a cold sore, but use it as an excellent reviver for dry lips. I use it all year ... Read the complete review
