Advantages: Smells good, lasts a long time, fairly moisturising, sits well on top of lipstick

Disadvantages: Not the best for hygiene being in a pot

I have two of these lip balms, "Chat Up Lime" and "Last Strawberry". They both smell delicious although they just taste waxy, so don't try eating them! I've had both of them for a couple of years and although I have several other lip balms on the go they have still be used regularly and I am pleased to say there is plenty left.

They are both quite moisturising - my lips always feel better after I have used them. They are not as moisturising as the range of lip balms that The Body Shop used to do before this one, but have much more of an effect than Vaseline (which being petroleum jelly mostly just sits on top of the skin).

They look quite glossy as well. I find that a thin layer looks and feels nice over lipstick, and I like to use the lime one over most lipsticks because its colour does not affect the way the lipstick looks, whilst I prefer to use the strawberry over red lipstick only because of the colour it is.

A disadvantage is that you have to apply them with your finger or a brush - more likely your finger, which isn't very hygienic unless you wash your hands before application.

Summary: A decent lip balm
