Scent The product is not supposed to be scented but has a nice floral smell which makes it seem very fresh and light. Consistency It is a soft liquid / gel which is an off white colour. It is very easily absorbed to the skin and does not leave the skin greasy which is brilliant. The scent does not linger on your hands or face either. Premium Review Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Serum: Skin protection at a reasonable price tag! (491 words)

I havent bought anything from the Body shop for years (since I was a fan of white musk as a 13 year old!) so was interested in what it would be like. I was asked to visit the Bodyshop as a mystery shop and had to spend up to £10 on a product which I could keep. Never one to give up an opportunity for free cosmetics I purchased this item. It is described as a pre moisturisor serum and like all Body shop products is sourced ethically and made with minimal chemicals. Price £9.95 for 30 ml which is a lot cheaper than comparable products from Origins or the other expensive brands. Packaging It comes in a pump actioned bottle ...  Read the complete review

Bodyshop E vitamin serum, a must have (293 words)

I have been having troubles with 'cracked' skin, fine lines and extremely dry, scaly spots for a while now which is extremely troublesome if you like me use mineral make-up. Though these troubles are paired with the classical oily t-zone, so you can imagine the problems I have finding the right balance between products. I had tried the vitamin e range previously, but since it does not control shine I was not too keen on the daytime moisturiser in the range. So I decided to try the serum underneath my seaweed moisturiser. With the vitamin e-serum added to my routine I think I actually might have struck gold. My skin is smooth and soft to the touch ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Serum: A dissapointing investement from the Body Shop (503 words)

Vitamin E moisture serum is a relatively new product from the Body Shop. It is supposed to boost the moisture levels whilst smoothing skin and apparently using the product on a regular basis will ensure that your skin is protected. *Why did I buy this product?* Well with a description like that, who wouldn't? Plus a few years back when having a consultation with a Chanel advisor I mentioned that I was getting wrinkles but it was actually pointed out to me that it was more to do with the fact that my skin lacked moisture. Oh no! The panic alarms went off in my head and ever since then, if I find a good looking product with the word moisture in it ...  Read the complete review

A pre moisturiser serum?! The Body Shop have a large vitamin E range and this serum is a recent addition to it. I have always found the Vitamin E range hasn't worked as well as I hoped. It leaves skin rejuvinated and feeling fresh - but doesn't seem very active. This does actually seem to have some redeeming qualities!! Not the price though - this is £10 for 30 ml!!!! I appreciate that that is not a high end brand price, but for something that isn't a cleanser, toner of moisturiser I think that's alot. It comes in a little simple cylinder bottle with a transparent pump mechanism on top. The label is white, the serum itself is an off ...  Read the complete review
