Advantages: cheaper than similer products by the 'big' brands
Disadvantages: None!
My daughter is a year old and never been one for bedtime... that is until we discovered baby dreamtime bath, now I am not claiming that it is a miracle product that instantly made my daughter sleepy and drift of to the land of nod because that would be ridiculous, however I will say that it has great calming properties and would highly recommend it as part of your daily bath and bedtime routine.
The scent, The approval, and the no tears factor...
The soothing aroma comes from the lavender and chamomile, both of which are great for relaxing.
This wonderful bath wash is not only relaxing and great for calming little ones, it also has several other aspects to it that are appealing to me as a parent...it has been approved by dermatologists and paediatricians, is gentle on my little girls skin, and best of all when I accidently got it in her eyes there were no tears!
The colour and the packaging...
This product is a soft purple colour (which is calming enough in itself!), it comes in a handy bottle that features a flip cap rather than a fiddly screw top and is ideally shaped for gripping when wet!The bottle is made from plastic but doesn't state whether or not it is recyclable so if you are like me and a bit of an eco-friendly type then the best way to dispose of it is at your local plastic recycling facility.
Long lasting and not just for babies...
The scent as I have already mentioned is lovely, fresh and clean smelling. This product creates a lot of bubbles and you do not need to use a lot to clean your child(or yourself) so is likely to last quite a while.
Not only is this product great for little people it is also nice for bigger people! I will confess to using it myself, I couldn't resist after using it to bath my daughter, I thought it smelt wonderfully subtle and floral without being too babyish!
The result? I had an extremely relaxing bath that smelt wonderful and my skin was baby soft, moisturised and best of all I felt rather refreshed!
So there you have it an ideal product for parents and babies alike (despite the fact that it is sold as a baby bath!!!)
Other little bits, the cost and most importantly, where to buy it!...
This product is £ 2.49 for 500ml which I feel is a reasonable price for this product and would definitely purchase again. You can buy it online at www.boots.com or in boots stores.
You should not store it in direct sunlight. It is produced in the UK by The Boots Company Plc, Nottingham, England, NG2 3AA
this also appears on other review sites.
Summary: A suitable product for baby and you.
