Boots Basic Cotton Wool

Having tried baby wipes on my son, I find that continued use leads to redness & irritation, so I made the switch to using cotton wool & water for the purpose of cleaning his bottom (& face etc). I seem to get through a fair amount of cotton wool balls, so whilst shopping in Boots one day, I decided to try the 'Basics' range. After all, cotton wool balls are cotton wool balls...right? Boots Basic Cotton Wool is just 48p so is a bargain price for an everyday use product. The packaging is very basic and is a clear bag with the Boots logo & some information on the cotton wool (100% wool) and it tells you the contents of the bag (100 balls). Once I had ripped a hole in the bag I pulled out a couple of bits of cotton wool and was a little disappointed to see that they were quite a bit smaller than other cheap cotton wool balls that I have brought in the past. .....Product..... The product I am reviewing is Boots basics cotton wool balls. As you probably know cotton wool has many, many different uses, I personally bought this product to use with water to clean my sons face with. Therefore this use will be what my review is based on only. I purchased this product in a pack of 100 for around 50p. So how does this product measure up: .....Packaging.....
