On the back it is green and white with grey writing giving you details about the product. **INGREDIENTS** Natural Oceanic Lay, Aqua, Glycerin, Butylene Glycol, Arctium Lappa, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate. I am not sure what this means but it may be useful if you are allergic to any ingredients. All I know is that plant extracts are there. Burdock is in the clay and it will help purify ...more

My skin seems to be on a downward spiral at the moment, so I have been searching through my hoards of beauty products trying to find something to sort it out. I found this mask, which I have used before, but had pushed to the back of a cupboard. ~Packaging~ The face mask comes in a small, clear tube, with an olive green label. There's nothing particularly special about the packaging at all, but the natural colours are fairly pleasant, and it's quite subtle. On the back of the label there is all the usual spiel - apparently this 'indulgent clay mask draws out deep-rooted impurities while absorbing excess oil' and it has 'clarifying rosemary extract ...  Read the complete review

Well knock me down with a feather if I didn't stumble on a bit of a bargain a couple of weeks ago. Venturing into my local Boots to see if there was anything worthy of living on my very exclusive B&Q bathroom shelf, a nice surprise greeted me when I'd finally made my choices and made my way to the checkout. "Yer get £5 off ov vis stuff if yer buy more than £15 on uver stuff." Which quickly translated from teenage blurb, means that Boots were offering a £5 voucher against a selection of bodycare brands, when you spent more than £15 in the shop. What a cracking idea! I went back three more times that week! Anyway, not particularly ...  Read the complete review

Boots Conditioning Clay Mask **WHAT IS IT** Boots have produced a Clay mask with plant extracts which will help clean impurities out of your skin. On the packaging it claims 'this rich day mask exhibits a negative electrical charge to attract deep-rooted impurities from the skin without over drying', It should help your skin be less greasy once you use it and help make your skin be more clearer from spots. I got this face mask to help remove blackheads so I would have less blemishes and spots. **PACKAGING** The clay mask comes in a simple tube with a screw top. To get the mask out you will have to squeeze the tube. The tube is ...  Read the complete review

Boots Botanics range consists of just about everything you could ever think of to pamper your skin and body, and help you look and feel gorgeous. The Conditioning Clay Mask is just one of a variety of different types of masks within the Botanics range, and Boots describe it as: "A rare, mineral-rich, electrically charged, oceanic clay. Leaves skin deep cleansed, oil-free and hydrated" ...sounds promising? But to most people (myself included), the fact that it's electrically charged makes it sound like it's going to feel more like a static shock than an indulgent face mask. So, after a bit of digging on the Boots website, I've ...  Read the complete review

Yes winter is nearly over. So it is time for an overhaul. My face and body that is. Ready for the spring and summer. I went purposely to Boots the chemist to look for things that would improve my skin. I spotted a botanic clay mask a 120g packet costing £4.59 (you can get about 4-5 masks out of this) depending on how thick you put it on. I believe it to contain rare mineral rich organic clay (Whatever that is) I?m a bit thick when it comes to ingredients. Anyway the stuff itself is greyish and a bit lumpy. It should be spread evenly over your face, avoid the areas around your eyes, as the skin around your eyes is very ...  Read the complete review
