Advantages: cheap, good value, cleanses well

Disadvantages: tiny bit scratchy

I only ever buy these when they are buy one get one free in Boots which is quite often. They are normally £1.99 a pack which is fairly reasonable anyway but even better to stock up when they are 2 for 1.

Boots do identical wipes that are fragrance free but i prefer the cucumber ones as they smell nice and leave your face feeling really fresh after using one.

The sticky tab on the packet is very sticky and i have never had any problems with wipes drying out becuase the sticky tab has stopped working.

For general cleansing of your skin they are great, and they make your face feel fresh very easily, i would say they are a tiny bit scratchy (not very noticable but just in comparison to a better brand such as the No.7 wipes - but they are about £6!!).

I mostly use these for taking my make up of at night - they do the trick but i find especially with eye liner and mascara that i do have to wipe over the area quite a few times and quite hard sometimes to get all traces off. For the rest of my face e.g taking off foundation this isn't a problem - i don't know perhaps it is because i wear waterproof mascara! However again with more expensive wipes such as No.7 the make up seems to come off slightly more easily.

I continue to buy these however because for the price they do the job well enough and smell nice and fresh too.

I have also discovered that they are great for getting grease stains (eg from dropped food or something) off of carpet! This was my mums suggestion ages ago when some oil from my boyfriends boots had been dripped into a few spots on the carpet in our old rented flat and we wanted to make sure we weren't charged for the damage! A quick scrub on the spot with these wipes and the spots were completely gone and no mess or soaking carpet which you would have if you did it with water!!)
