I bought a bottle of Boots Expert Anti-Redness Serum earlier this year. I developed some red patches on my face when I was pregnant, and though it had calmed down quite a bit, there were still some noticable red areas, that I felt self-conscious about. I had tried a green tinted concealer stick, which helped to calm it down, and also a few courses of antibiotics from my GP, who thought it was rosacea. I used the serum once or twice daily for at least a month, and did not see a noticable reduction in the redness. It actually got worse after finishing the antibiotics, and I am now on them again, and investigating other products that may be able to help. This serum may help ... Read the complete review

I have very pale skin and suffer from redness on my face - mainly my cheeks. I'm not sure quite what causes it, it could be broken capillaries or perhaps it's a mild form of rosacea. I have used various products to try and calm the redness down, such as creams and various green coloured make-up, that is supposed to counteract the red in your skin, but nothing so far has worked.
