Advantages: Deep Deep Clean
Disadvantages: However much I clean it off- there is always a white patch.
Picture the scene - you are tired, aching and in desperate need of some "me time"- so you run a hot bath, add your favourite bath oil, light the candles and AAAH....
What is missing from this picture? Music- well, yes, that can help. But the added ingredient to make this experience extra special is Boots Purifying Sauna Mask.
It comes in a tube and for just under a tenner, I reckon that you will comfortably get 8 generous treatments from the 75ml. Dampen your face and then apply about 10ml of the product using gentle massaging actions. As with all face masks avoid the eye area. You will feel the mask heating, it feels wonderful and you can then lie back and relax for the next few minutes.
After 3 minutes rinse off and you will be left with skin that feels refreshed, deep cleansed and smooth.
It gives you a very deep cleanse and you really feel as if your sauna mask has made a difference to your skin.
The mask contains grapeseed and sunflower oils to condition your skin and Vitamin pro B5 to help maintain a healthy hydrated skin. It also contains Zinc to absorb any excess oils.
The mask is hypo-allergenic, fragrance free and dermatologically tested. It is suitable for all skin types.
With the reputation of Boots behind it being an added plus.
Now I confess, you don't have to have a bath, it isn't on their instructions, all you need is the mask, a damp face, some water to rinse it off and the ability to time the treatment- but be honest- doesn't the hot relaxing bath sound sooooo good?
Word of warning- shake it before you use it- it just helps ensure you get the right mixture out- I know this now as my last mask was very thick and putty like-it still worked but I had to cut the top off the tube to get it out. No problem - just a lesson learned.
Summary: A once a week treat
