I have never tried Boots own brand tea tree and witch hazel products before so I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. I Cycle to and from work every day and it can become very sweaty and when you are run down as well it is prime time for me to have break out. I decided to switch to using a tea tree and witch hazel product to see if it would help clear my complexion. I regularly shop at boots to try and build my points up and they tend to do some good deals. It was nice to see that boots have a wide selection of products that use tea tree and witch hazel. I felt I was a Kid in a candy shop trying to decide which product was best for me. At ... Read the complete review

I have used many of Boots' Tea Tree and Witch Hazel products now and on the whole have been impressed. They are regularly on 3 for 2 and instead of getting three of their brilliant night gel I decided to try a product from the range that I had not tried before. The 'Foaming Face Wash' I picked costs £3.42 on it's own. When I puchased it a month or so ago the range was on 3 for 2, now I see the offer is 2 for £5. Even with out the offer I don't think this is a bad buy however, the bottle is larger than the bottles you usually buy of face wash at 150ml. The bottle is clear with what appears to be a very thin green watery liquid inside. The directions ... Read the complete review

I've never really used many of Boots own products, as ages ago I tried some of the products, and didn't like them, but in Boots this month, there was a '3 for 2' of the Boots Tea Tree products and I thought I just give them a go, as they looked better and Tea Tree always does good things to my skin, and I get Boots points aswell. My first thought of this product, was the easiness of using the product, the pump action was very simple and easy, and was able to get enough of the product to use on my face. And the pump was really unique, never seen it used on any other facial products before. Applying the product was also pretty easy, the foam dissolved into my ... Read the complete review

Nice foaming face wash - good value for money, and it doesn't dry my skin. I am a skincare-aholic, I really am. Always on the look out for something that "works" for me. Although I am now the grand old age of 33, I am still prone to having poor skin. It's oily, and I have to be careful as I do tend to get the odd breakout of spots, and blackheads can be a particular problem of mine. The other problem of mine is the cash flow one, or lack of it. I have to be careful with my spending so whereas I'd love to spend upwards of £20 or £30 on "luxury" products, I just can't warrant that sort of cost. So I stick to cheap but cheerful basic ... I have been using a Dermalogica face wash but when I ran out I decided to try this Boots Teatree and Witch hazel Foaming Face Wash. It was just over £3 from Boots and is in a plastic 150ml bottle with a pump dispenser and plastic cap. This is described as being a deep cleanser that keeps skin clear and healthy. The descritpions were pretty easy. It explains that you should wet your face and dispense two pumps (one in each hand). You then massage into your face and wash off with warm water. When I first used it two pumps felt like it was enough. However I almost felt like all I had was a handful of foam with a lot of air in! By the time I had tried to massage ...
