Advantages: economical, cheap to buy, lathers well, nice clean feeling after use, rinses well. Great bottle.

Disadvantages: none found.

Nice foaming face wash - good value for money, and it doesn't dry my skin.
I am a skincare-aholic, I really am. Always on the look out for something that "works" for me. Although I am now the grand old age of 33, I am still prone to having poor skin. It's oily, and I have to be careful as I do tend to get the odd breakout of spots, and blackheads can be a particular problem of mine. The other problem of mine is the cash flow one, or lack of it. I have to be careful with my spending so whereas I'd love to spend upwards of £20 or £30 on "luxury" products, I just can't warrant that sort of cost.
So I stick to cheap but cheerful basic ranges.
I only went for this foaming cleanser by Boots because it was on a 2 for £5 offer. I was buying the cleanser/toner for my teenage daughter and decided to spend the extra and "get a bargain". I'm quite glad I did.

Before I continue - what do you get?
Well you get a clear pump action bottle, with a lid, that contains a watery type liquid. I actually love this bottle. The actual bottle lid can be pulled off before use without the fear of getting soggy contents if dropped in the sink, and there is none of that faffing around trying to untwist lids with wet hands and then the product leaking all over the sink when you forget to replace the lid again. When you push the pump button, out pops enough of the wash, already foamed, ready to wash the whole of your face. Yes, one squirt = whole face - this stuff is very economical that way.
It lathers up nicely, rinses off easily, and gives a nice clean feeling to your skin afterwards.
I follow up with the same kind of cleanser/toner and have 2 moisturisers from the same range - one for day and one for night. I will write reviews of those shortly.
The smell is quite strong, but not unpleasant, and it doesn't linger on the skin for long afterwards.
All in all, it's a good cleanser - cleans the face well, lathers nicely, rinses easily - what more can you ask for really?

Summary: recommended for ease of use, and does what is expected of a facial wash - it washes!
