Although I'm in my twenties, I still suffer from teenage skin and I get frustrated by my skin being patchy, both oily and dry. After trying some expensive branded options, I figured Boots own brand was worth a try and considerably cheaper!

Boots Night Treatment Gel should be applied before bed after thoroughly cleansing the skin. You must clean your hands beforehand else you risk undoing your good work! The gel is pale green, quite runny and pleasant smelling. It does smell of tea tree a bit, but mostly just like body lotion. It goes on really easily and absorbs very quickly. It is cooling and soothing and certainly feels like it's doing its job!

It may be my imagination, but in the shower in the morning I feel like it rinses into my eyes if I'm not careful, which isn't pleasant. But it seems to work quite well to improve my skin condition. It moisturises and tones my skin, leaving my face quite glowing. It hasn't stopped my spots completely, but it's generally improved my skin so I'll continue to use it.

Summary: Pretty good skin conditioner for those on a budget
