This is the most brilliant cleanser I have ever used in my life, a miracle in a box. I don't feel I can say enough good words to express how utterly fantastic I think it is but I'll give it a go! In the box are 2 muslin cloths (which work great for exfoliation in combination with the balm) and a 100ml pot of cleansing and brightening balm. To use simply apply the balm, soak the muslin in warm water and press against the skin (to draw out impurities), then soak again and rub gently in little circles, this removes any dead skin, black heads etc, this step basically takes care of all your exfoliating needs, there really is no need to use an exfoliator ...
