Boots has been on the high street for decades and we all trust them to deliver good quality cosmetics and toiletries that actually WORK! Since the success of their Protect and Perfect creams there can be no doubt that Boots is dedicated to delivering on their promises. This Time Delay Wrinkle Prevention Day Cream is no exception. It is light and provides an excellent base for make up. With a pleasant refreshing scent it is a lovely smooth and silky cream to put on before you head out into the world. I was prompted to buy some moisturiser by one of my friends. The conversation went something like this: "What moisturiser do you use Squiddly?" "I don't use moisturiser" "You'll look like a raisin in ten years!!" The thought of that made me get straight to Boots and look for something to stave off the dried fruit look. I was attracted to this moisturiser, firstly by the packaging, it looks very clinical and tidy, and secondly by the fact that it contains an SPF. I never stick to one moisturiser for long as I like to see what's out there... Boots skincare seems to have a good reputation (I guess I'm thinking primarily of their infamous Protect and Perfect serum) so I thought I'd give this a go. It costs £9.29, and comes in a rather attractive glass jar with an electic blue, shiny lid; the overall impression being that it's quite high end and classy, as well as being modern (or even a little bit space age?!) I've noticed an increase in the use of glass jars being used for moisturisers - is this so that we feel something nice and heavy in our shopping bags and will be convinced that our money has been well spent?
