Advantages: Nourishing night cream

Disadvantages: None

Ok another skincare product from me, I'm on a roll....when it comes to night cream, I seem to be constantly trying new brands. I just haven't been able to settle on one that meets all my requirements. I want something that is quite rich and will mourish my face throughout the night but I don't want a product that feels really heavy. Some brands I have tried in the past have also felt as though they have just sat in a layer on top of my skin without actually being asorb and have therefore had quite a greasy fell which I can not stand.

I visited Boots when I needed a new night cream and as per usual I surveyed the stand trying to find a reasonably priced cream. These days all the skincare companies make so many far out claims about their creams in a bid to sell and it is difficult to filter through all the marketing bumf and choose a good product without paying over the odds. I usually just try products that are initially on offer at a good price, then if I like them I will usually be willing to pay full price. This happened with the Time Delay night cream. When I was searching for a night cream, this happened to be on offer for £7.76 for a 50ml, normally retailing at £10.76. My limit for face creams is normally £8 so I was eager to try a product that is usually out of my price range.

The Time Delay range is packaged in a simple yet classic way, and this particular pot has a solid glass base and silver coloured lid. It does have quite a classy appearance and I certainly don't object to it's appearance on my dressing table.

So did it leave up to expectations?? Well first impressions when I unscrewed the lid was that the cream had a thick creamy and luxurious appearance, it was white in colour and the smell was a very subtle sweet scent. So far so good.... after clensing and toning I then applied the cream to my face and neck. The cream went a long way, which is always good and it did feel that I was giving my skin a real boost. The product was rich yet not greasy and was absorbed into my skin really well.

In the morning my skin still felt moisterised and also really smooth. This cream is an Anti-Ageing but to be honest I didn't buy it for that reason but it does promise to reduce the appearance of fine lines.

I was incredibly impressed with the results that this cream produced and how it made my skin feel, hydrated and soft. I have been won over and now would buy this cream at full price and am tempted to try other products in the range.

Summary: A great night cream

The only reason I would give it a try is its anti-aging properties. I could do with all the help now to prevent further deterioration -!!:-) Lovely review.
