On opening the quite large box, I was surprised and impressed at the quantity and quality of all the kit in there.... The shaver itself is reassuringly shrink wrapped and comes in a sturdy zip case. Apart from power button, there is an impressive row of LEDs rather like my power drill, to indicate battery life. There is also a "sensitive" button to adjust the comfort setting i.e. the amount of head swivel action (full swing, middle and fixed. Being a bit old school, I prefer it "fixed" but go to "middle" sometimes for neck/chin shaving.
