Whenever I drink caffeine regularly I come out in spots. The stuff just doesn't agree with me whatsoever - it makes me hyper, shake, feel sickly and makes my skin look terrible, but as I don't sleep very well, and work 11 hour night shifts, I sometimes need it to prevent me from falling asleep and losing my job! For the past few weeks I have been drinking tea and caffeinated soft drinks quite regularly, and unfortunately my skin is showing the signs.
