Having used the Burt's Bees replenishing pomegranate lip balm, I treated myself to a selection pack of other Burt's Bees products. This included the lifeguard's choice lip balm. I didn't use it for a while, but stumbled across it when hunting for lip balm the other week. Unfortunately it seems like I'm allergic to something in this balm though! After applying, my lips continued feeling dry, and reapplying didn't help. I forgot about it for a little while but by the end of the day my lips began getting sore. I never tend to stick to just one lip balm, I always have loads on the go at once, and have been mainly using Vaseline Lip Therapy and Burt's Bees Honey Lip Balm recently. Unfortunately though, the cold weather seemed to bring me out in a serious case of dry lips - they looked horrendous, all flaky and disgusting, and unfortunately nothing seemed to sort them out. I remembered getting this lip balm in a Burt's Bees kit ages ago, so hunted it out. It's called Lifeguards choice and is said to be suitable for use in sun or snow and is supposedly weatherproof.
