Originally tried when a slick of lip shimmer was offered to me by a friend, this cool minty tinted balm by Burts Bees are an amazing natural beauty product. These balms feel very light to wear, adding natural yet noticeable colour and surprisingly long lasting for a lip moisturising product. Conversely to lipsticks, this products do not dry ones lips out at all, and though shiny they do not make lips sticky or caked with products.
Several colours exist, including Watermelon, Nutmeg and Raisin, all being varying natural berry shades - a gift set is also available of 5 lip shimmers.
Like all Burts Bees products, focus is drawn to the natural ingredients of the makeup and it's care towards ones skin, a welcome change from chemicals and harsh colourants of many modern products. These Burts Bees Lip Shimmers would make an ideal present for fashionista and nature lover alike, suitable for all ages and very reasonably priced.
