This is the updated version of the carmex original lip balm. In a handy little pot, the lip balm is currently cherry flavoured. This isnt a strong scent which is nice and doesnt leave the flavour on your lips for long which is disappointing. This lipbalm is more hard wax than other lip balms. It takes quite a while to 'warm' up the balm to put on your lips to get a good amount. Not that this is a problem.

I use this underneath lipstick, but doesnt have any advantages to doing this.

Although my lips are soft, if I do not reapply liberally the solution isnt long lasting, in effect you have the apply this all the time onto the lips.

I used this when I went to Whistler and I was confident that my lips were fully protected in the snow using this product. The spf15 was very handy as well.

At £3.50 in boots it was quite expensive but it is good for extreme weathers. I wouldnt use it for daily use as I felt isnt wasnt for me. I didnt like also applying it with ym finger all the time! (I work in a hospital).

Summary: Cheery scented lipbalm for all round conditions
