Chanel claims that this "delicate silky formula with soothing emollients gently dissolves face and eye makeup without stripping"

It does anything BUT! I wore black MAC eyeliner tonight, and my $3 target brand makeup removing clothes always do a great job. Alas, I had none tonight but was relieved to find I had a sample of this baby lying around.

All it did was smear the eyeliner and removed it no better than plain water. I even tried removing it with a cotton ball and a q-tip. NOTHING!

I normally trust Chanel's quality but this product is awful! I had to resort to trying to scrub off the eyeliner with facewash and a paper towel.

Worthless product, save your money!
