Unfortunately for me, despite reaching the grand old age of 25 (nearly 26), spots still aren't a thing of the past. Recently I've found my skin getting slowly worse and reverting back to my earlier years of puberty. Ok i admit it, I get blackheads on my nose. I used to get them all the time when i was younger and worked in London, I put it down to the pollution and dirt but i haven't got that excuse anymore as my office is about 10 minutes away by car. Introduction I've always been a fan of exfoliators, ever since my teens when I discovered Buf-Puf. There is something very invigorating about showering in the morning and rubbing an exfoliator into my skin. What is even more invigorating is the soft smooth skin that is left afterwards. I bought this scrub in Tesco at a price of £3.28 for 145ml. I bought it because the product I wanted to buy (a Biore product priced at £4.98 for 140ml) was unavailable, and this seemed like a reasonably priced alternative. Also, Clean & Clear is a well-known brand made by the giant Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical company. The scrub comes in a blue tube that stands on a purple flip-top cap. The blue is graduated from dark at the top through to a lighter blue at the bottom, where the message “with natural jojoba beads to lift away dirt and oil and help clear blackheads” is displayed. I have been using this product for about a year and I think it is great. To start with it doesn't do much but after a few weeks I started to see the difference in my skin, it looked and still does look cleaner and a lot fresher. I use cotton wool and only use a little bit on my whole face and I have found out this is the way to get the best results because it can make your skin greasy and wet looking. This product is not expensive for what you are getting, I have used this for ages and it has reduced the amount of spots I get.
