Clean and Clear cleansing lotion has been around for a long time. i started using it in 1995 when i was 13 and had begun to show the signs of acne now my acne did get worse but this isnt because the product didnt work, i found out that the reason for my skins decline was nothing to do with the products that i was using but was a hormonal inbalance and no over the counter treatment would clear them up. (i advise anyone with acne to not waste their money on store bought products to try and clear their skin but to do straight to the doctors where you can get medicine that will work and for free!) Now, i still needed a cleanser to use to remove all the makeup i was wearing to school to try and cover the spots and my mother bought me this in the sensitive version (which is blue not red as in the picture) as my skin had become very tender at the time. it was a large 200ml bottle and it remains the same size now, (so many things have become smaller these days!) i needed a very deep cleanser to remove the foundation concealer and powder i was using and clean and clear always did the job excellently leaving my skin tingling clean and spots not irritated.
i have begun to use this product again recently as i remember how effective it was and i use it to remove the makeup i use now - not as much as i used to wear! i prefer to use a lotion to remove it rather than soap as i feel it cleans deeper into my skin, it also works as a toner so no separate bottle needed. im happy to be able to recommend this product as something ive used for half my life on and off and im sure i will continue to do so.
