Clean and Clear is great for those with spots. It really does prevent them.

I don't like the smell of this. It is really clinical and reminds he of the dentist! However, I like the fact that this smell reminds me of cleanliness and so as I use it, I feel that I am getting really clean.

You use this cleanser on cotton wool and wipe over your face. It recommends you do this lightly but I tend to have a good thorough scrub at my face with it. Not sure why, I just don't feel clean unless I put some elbow grease into it!

You can see so much dirt on the cotton wool, even if you have already cleaned with soap and water. It really does unclog pores and prevent spots. It dries the skin though so I tend to use a moisturiser afterwards which might well re-clog them. But since using it, I haven't had many spots.

A 150ml bottle will set you back about £2.80. It lasts quite well and is much cheaper than many other alternative cleansers. This is a very reasonable cleanser that works well at preventing spots.
