This particular moisturiser is good. At first it quite stung my skin and I was a little worried, but after a few days this sensation stopped.
It says on the front of the tube that it balances oily and dry areas, which not all moisturisers will do, and it contains medicated ingredients to prevent spots. I can't vouch for this working, because I don't get many spots anyway, so I haven't noticed a difference.
It smells pleasant; nothing too bad in that area. It claims it's fragrance free, so it must be what's in it that smells okay.

Overall I can say that it helps my dry skin, which is good in this cold weather.
