My acne is not extremley bad so I can not say that this product would work for somebody with very bad acne.
But for somebody with mild/moderate acne it cleared up my spots and simples in about 3/4days. And kept the area acne free for a few weeks after I stopped using it.
It made my skin quite red for about 10minutes after application, and after using it for 2days my skin starting to become dry and flakey so I stopped using it and my skin was fine again

This acne medication contians maximum strength benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide it often perscribed by dermatologists to treat mid/moderate acne. This is a clear gel. After the skin has been thouroughly cleansed you cover the entire afected area with a thin layer of this gel. It says on the packet 2/3 times a day. I applied it morning ant evening.
