... products from the Ultra range claim to give visibly clear effects after just 3 days, which is quite accurate. I would stay away from the Deep Pore Treatment Pads as they have such an enormous amount of alcohol/acid and chemicals in them that they totally burn off your face - almost quite literally. It's a horrible burning sensation and leaves it feeling tight and stretchy. Overall, the Clearasil range is really good and I'd recommend giving it a go. The prices seem to be cheaper at places such as Sainsburys and Asd...more

clearasil belongs in the trash NOT on your face! (170 words)

you might have just read all of the good reviews but contrarry to what you may believe clearasil is a waste of money and time, I used to spend a lot of time before going to bed and during my shower washing my face with clearasil only to see my face get progrssivly redding and gain more pimples. Obliviusly clearasils comercials lie because no one has said that with in a few days their pimples have vanished. and lots of people have said they got worse. My face started burned one day, and became very red and the pimples and blemishes started getting worse, I threw my full bottle of clearasil into the trash I recamend ya'll to do the same. My face has already begaon to clear ...  Read the complete review

Crowned Review Clearasil in General: Putting Clearasil on the Spot (1400 words)
by - written on 02/04/03 (Very useful, 5277 readings)
Rating:

Adolescence.... ah, those were the days, the first rush of adrenaline when you are smiled at by the boy or girl you spend hours daydreaming about, the days when you get your first Saturday job and have a few quid in your pocket to buy all the really vital teenage stuff like lipstick and chewing gum, the days when you hang about street corners with your mates and try to look cool. The joy of customising your school books, going to the fair to ride on the Waltzer until you are sick, hiding the love-bite from your mum, living on chips and burgers, and losing the ability to keep your room tidy. Would you want to go back to those days? Not a chance! What a nightmare!! ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Visibly Clear Effects (362 words)
by - written on 16/09/09 (Very useful, 113 readings)
Rating:

I have always used Clearasil through my teenage years to help fight spots and prevent my skin from getting horribly unsightly. It has done a very good job but I must say some products are better than others. I would say that Oxy are Clearasil's rivals as I have heard about them more lately and am inclined to try their products next as they claim to reduce redness, which I need. The main Clearasil range nowadays, which does a very good job is the Clearasil Ultra range and consists of the following products: ~ Deep Pore Treatment Pads (65) - £4.83 ~ Ultra Dual Action Scrub (125ml) - £4.83] ~ Dual Action Wash (150ml) - £4.88 These are Tesco's ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Clearasil in General: Does not always work (225 words)
by - written on 01/06/09 (Very useful, 166 readings)

To be honest I have only used Clearasil once in my life and that was 2 years ago. The first time I saw a spot on my face and decided to use their Clearasil Spot gel. This cost around 7 pounds at the time and tub was also very small. I think the first thing about them is their prices. Their prices for their products available on the high street cost a little bit too much. Using their spot gel for the first time it was simple. There was no effects though in fact I had another spot growing. After two weeks of using the spot gel nothing was happening at all for me. I started to use the gel around 3 times a day and still no changes at all and the spot remained ...  Read the complete review
