Advantages: Really works, makes you feel fresh in the morning, fights spots
Disadvantages: Chemical Smell
Introduction
###########
After seeing lots of adverts on TV about how Clearasil can help with spots, and the appealing line "visibly clearer skin in just 3 days!" - I HAD to give this a try
My skin is not sensitive - It gets really oily and washing my face many times throughout the day didn't do it any good as it just kept getting dry and there would be no natural moisture there. Moisturizer didn't help as it just helped develop new spots! Because of the oily nature of them.
The Product
###########
I purchased mine from Tesco for £3.99. It comes in a transparent container with the green solvent showing through. The top has a pushdown dispenser which is coloured white. The top can be turned to lock the dispense mechanism, and tuned again to the other side to allow the solvent through. Very useful if you have kids around.
The bottle comes in a 200ml size.
The bottle lasts me about 2 months.
Using It
#######
When using the product, I wet my face and my hands. I squeeze the dispenser 2 times which gives me a good amount to work with. I work the product in my hands until it turns white. It doesn't foam up a lot, just a little.
I then work it onto my face, being careful about the sensitive eye area. I also work it on the neck area too. After that I rinse thoroughly.
I use the product everyday morning after I wake up, and in the evening before I go to sleep.
Does It Work?
############
Yes!!! There are no spots on my face now. It makes my skin feel really clean and fresh and really wakes me up in the morning. It doesn't leave my skin dry, or make it irritate.
Cons
#####
It REALLY stings if you get it in your eyes! And the smell of the solution is not very appealing - it smells abit chemically.
Summary: It Works!!!! No more spots!
