Very harsh and caused my skin to flare up (Clearasil Ultra Deep Pore Treatment Wash)

Disadvantages: Not very soothing on the skin

After seeing all the adverts on TV for Clearasil that promised clearer
skin in three days I was desperate to try this product. At £5.35 for a
150ml tube it wasn't the cheapest product but a price worth paying for
clear and smooth skin!

Sadly I was really disappointed with this product- after one use my
skin looked worse, not better but I thought perhaps I was being too
rough, so I tried it again after the redness had gone down and got the
same result. I don't have particularly sensitive skin but this product
is obviously too harsh for me. After reading other reviews it looks
like this would be good for younger people or teenagers with oily
skin, but for me as a twenty seven year old woman with normal skin
this product was far too harsh.

I moved on to a more old fashioned cold cream face cleanser from Boots
and I am pleased to say that my skin is much better- can't wait to
review that product!

Summary: Not impressed with this product- don't buy if your skin is at all sensitive
