Advantages: nice tube for ease of use, and easy to apply.

Disadvantages: didn't work on my skin.

Ok, so here we go again - trying to find a spot reducing treatment that actually works. Have I hit the jackpot with the Clearasil ultra rapid treatment cream? Erm, short answer is no. It just doesn't "do it" for me.
At the age of 33, it is embarrassing to still get the odd spot or five. Admittedly it is mostly due to hormonal changes and that "dreaded time of the month" for us women, but still it can be difficult to control and it makes me an unhappy sort of bunny.
So my search goes on for a spot treatment that works. I was impressed with the blurb of this product - "Visibly reduces spots and redness in just 4 hours!" Wow, I need to get me some of that.
So I did, and it didn't.
I have read other reviews on this that pronounced that miracles have been made on their skin - so yes I'm jealous, and don't just take my word for it's inaction. I guess I just have difficult skin to please - and hair - and mind, and soul, and ....you get the idea as I digress.

So what do you get for your money?
You get a small tube of the product - 25ml to be precise. The product is white in colour, and squeezes from the tube nicely. You are meant to apply to the affected area morning and night to see a dramatic reduction in your problem skin. I thought that the price, although reasonable, was dearer than some products available and went along with the old "get what you pay for hype" and happily took it to the tills. To be fair, my past history with clearasil products hasn't been all that successful, so I'm not sure why I thought this one would be any different. In the past they have either not had any effect on my skin, or have dried it up to such an extent that I can barely be seen under the flaky mess that was once my face. I guess me and clearasil products just aren't meant to have a relationship, I obviously don't suit their products and they obviously don't suit my skin. Fair enough.
Anyway what shall I summarise with? Erm, not a product I personally would recommend, but I have heard and read good reviews, so I guess it's trial and error as to what suits you and your skin.

Summary: Works for some people amazingly well, but didn't work for me at all.

I've been using this lately and can't say I've noticed any improvement with my skin either.
