I bought this as part of a promotional offer at Boots and I have to say I am really impressed with it! This Clinique Turnaround Concentrate was really nice on my skin. The cream is meant to brighten up your skin and give you a more even appearance by using exfoliants which continually resurface the skin. I always feel that in the winter months my skin always looks a little dreary and not quite as fresh as it normally does. 	Total Turnaround Visible Skin Renewer ... just finished my first bottle of the Clinique Total Turnaround visible skin renewer for oilier skins and I am still not sure what I think about it. I bought the 1.7oz/50ml pump bottle, after hearing few of my friend raving that "if they had to take only one item to a deserted island, that would be the Total Turnaround". I used the bottle on average once a day and lasted for almost 6 months. The lady at the Clinique counter said to use it under my moisturizer, after cleansing and toning, morning and evening. 	Total Turnaround Visible Skin Renewer ... have been using total turnaround for approx 6 months and I think its excellent. I use it every night after my clarifying lotion and before my dramatically different moisturiser. The first time I used it, I honestly could not beleive how soft it made my skin feel. It really did. Only drawback is that the cream is expensive, but you do only need to use a small amount at a time, and only once a day. The texture of the cream is lovely, a very thick yet light texture.
