As I am sat here at my desk typing out this review, I am accompanied by a tube of E45 - the very subject matter of my review. This is one of those creams which has always been part of my bathroom shelf, usually coming out to help us all in those "nasty skin" moments. At the moment, it is under attack from me-dry hands- all that nasty cleaning without rubber gloves! It is a non greasy, unperfumed emollient (softening or soothing) cream which has been clinically proven to soothe lots of dry skin conditions, including sunburn, detergent hands (I got them), flaking, chapped skin and it is recommended for more serious conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, ichthyosis and some cases of psoriasis.
