This cream is the best thing I have ever used on my daughter. She has dry skin and is very sensitive so I only wanted to use something mild. It has a delightful smell that is very soft cream unlike sudacrem which I find very sticky, foul smelling and lingers on her bum. This cream adsorbs nicely into her skin and leaves her soft and smelling beautifully while at the same time soothing any redness. The small tube goes a long way because you don't need to use much at once. Definately the best buy! ...

i really dont see the diffence between this cream and sudacream (the old, tired and tested cream). when changing a baby you should not always applie cream, because if the baby/child is sat on their botttom all day the area is moisturised by the cream and it can become an irritant as well as making the skin very soft so that it may damage easily. By using this cream every day it will work out expensive and add extra time to the nappy changing experiance. you should only really need a nappy cream if you are using Terry cloth nappies (square sheets). if you baby/child has nappy rash's or sore that are unusual you should show them to a doctor, health visitor, or ...
