Advantages: makes skin feel soft no need to moisturise afterwards

Disadvantages: very very expensive

I originally heard about Eve Lom cleanser from a friend who was staying over my house and brought this cleanser with her.

I couldnt believe she paid £50 for it, but she sold it to me when she said her skin had never been in better condition.

So after a shopping trip to Space NK and £50 lighter I decided to give it a go. It had a strange smell but not offensive in any way and is a kind of pale green/yellow colour. Its consistancy looks quite thick and has small particles in it but these particles soften up and melt as soon as you put in on your skin and so I wouldnt say it exfoliates very well because of this.

After a while, the muslin cloth that comes with it gets a bit dirty and unhygenic so you need to make sure its washed properely often otherwise you could actually be adding germs back on to your skin.

My skin did feel silky smooth afterwards and the bonus is that you dont need to moisturise afterwards so you save money on buying another product.

I wouldnt buy it again because aside from it being expensive there are loads of ingedients inside it and chemicals that Id rather stay clear of, and its on your skin for such a short amount of time it feels like im throwing money down the sink. So now I use facial wipes instead as its more hygenic and that combined with a good organic moisturiser is still less then a quarter of the price of this product.
