Advantages: lovely fragrance

Disadvantages: over-priced, not as good as nivea

tlc cream is meant for skin that's showing signs of wear (my forehead is excessively worn, crepey and dry, and seems sun-damaged). i have a small trial sized pot of tlc cream, and although it has a love;y rose fragrance, i'm just not impressed with it at all. it's quite a heavy cream, and not particularly pleasant to use, apart from the scent.
it was only when i tried some nivea (the plain, blue pot that costs about £3) that i saw how over-priced and - basically - rubbish the tlc cream is. it isn't as good as nivea, plain and simple, although it's at least 50 times more expensive (to put into context, 50mls of tlc is £42 while 250mls of nivea is £3. at that rate, 250mls of tlc would cost about £200!). i don't mind paying for quality products, but i really do get annoyed when i find that something so very expensive is bettered by one of the cheapest and oldest face creams on the market.
i have three words to say to anyone even considering buying the tlc cream: 'BUY SOME NIVEA'.

Comment as before. I am always happy when somebody proves that most cosmetics are overpriced frauds!
