Are eye creams essential? I would say yes for both men and women. I've always wanted to try an eye cream and started using one after a fiend advised me. There were many reasons why i had to use one.. Firstly, because I used to wake up with puffy eyes every morning, and the second reason was because my eyes were always strained from using the computer most of the day or whenever i found time..
