Eye Balm .It is on the expensive side ($60) but you need to use very little at a time and it it lasts very long, 3 months at least,.. It is not greasy and according to the user manual it should not be used at night before going to bed. It says that using at bed time can contribute to fluid retention and puffy eyelids.
