I have always had bad skin and would have thought I would have passed the teenage bad skin phase years ago, but unfortunately I haven't. I've been using Clean and Clear toning lotion for years as that seems to keep my skin ok, and I find products such as Clearasil too harsh and they can make my face seem red and rashed looking.

The product Freederm has been getting promoted on the TV for years now and I though it was worth a shot. It is expensive at £8.95 for a 30ml tube, but it claims to work, so does it?

Although it says it is a gel, it seems a little creamier than a normal gel. You use this twice a day, once in the morning and once at night and can be used after your normal routine. This is meant to stop spots from happening and make them go away.

I find this works ok, but to be honest with the miracle product they seem to have been advertising I thought it would have been a little better results. Perhaps this works good for little pimple type spots, but sometimes I can get angry red spots and although it takes a few days to see results on these types it seems to dry them out slightly and make them a bit less red.

The packaging is ok. It is just a small white tube with the writing in blue up the tube. The box is white with a large flat back to it with all the instructions on it.

Pricy, but worth it in a way
