Having suffered from acne since my early teens (still do and im nearly 22) I tried everything from clearisal (sic) to doctor prescribed medicines which just didn't seem to work, infact they dried my skin out and made it appear worse. As you can imagine the state of my skin (once compared to as a peporoni pizza!!) got me quite down.

I started college at 17 and found someone with skin possibly worse than mine, then over the next few weeks it started to improve. I had to ask what they were using. They told me that they were using freederm gel. I immediatley went out and bought some. At £9 ish a tube it isn't cheap but at that point I would have tried anything. I started using it and noticed that my spots seemed to be less red and angry looking. My skin didn't dry out either. The tube does say you need to allow 3 months for any improvement but I can honestly say that I seen an improvement almost immediatley.

For the first time in a good amount of years Ive actually went out without any cover up/foundation on!!

I have also found that if you get that "feeling" your going to get a spot (normally always before a big night out, a date, party etc) that a dab of this stops it from appearing.

On the other hand I have found people that do not like this product, they dont think it has any effect. So it probably is down to skin type. Personally i have very very sensitive skin i.e. baby wipes bring me out in acne but its worked for me. Try it out it may just be the thing for you!
