Advantages: Works rapidly

Disadvantages: Can dry and irritate skin

As an Acne sufferer myself for many years in my teens I used everything from topical creams and lotions to perscribed antibiotics I found they worked for a period then the acne came back worse.

I tried Freederm gel about two years ago and although it worked rapidly and the spots were reduced in size, I was left with dry flaky skin and the redness increased. I spoke to my friend who also suffered from Acne and they tried it and for them it worked, but without the dryness or redness. I asked why they thought my skin reacted differently and they said that they only used a very thin layer, where as I was slopping on huge chunks.

I tried again after the redness went down and this time followed the advice and alas wihtin three weeks, it worked! I use it still, but far less frequently and alhtough it is quite expensive, using only a small amount (which is more than efficient) it lasts a long time anyway

I would highly recommend this to young acne suffers and remember use sparingly!!!
