... comfortably in my hand for a smooth application. The product itself contains caffeine to 'smooth those wrinkles'. I guess everyone expect some overnight miracle cure to vanish all bags and give them the under eyes of an 18 year old after one application. As nice as that would be it's not going to happen. However I find the formula to be very cooling and refreshing under my eyes and it certainly makes me feel more awake. The cool metal ball also feels nice on the delicate skin area, and I feel it moisturises too ma...more

Premium Review Garnier Eye Roll-on: Hello Tired Looking Eyes. (313 words)

Garnier Eye Roll-On is a premium eye-care product that has been around for a couple of years now and is always advertised by flaming Davina MaCall, so I decided to give it ago. Afterall what mother doesn't need something to cover the bags after a night with a screaming baby. The retail price is normally about £10, which I think is slightly steep, I bought mine when it was half price, which I thought was alright for a premium product. It is a thick , moisturising liquid which contains Pro-Vitamin B5 and Caffeine, to sooth and cool the surrounding eye area which is meant to give you a more awake bright eyed look. You get 15ml of the product, which ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review If only slices of cucumber were easily accessible (219 words)

Okay I admit it; I fell right into the advertising trap for this product. It promised 'younger looking brighter' eyes, albeit all on model no older than maybe 25!! And at 36 I wanted some of that. Garnier have clearly tapped into a novel idea of applying the lotion by way of a roller. I never quite liked the idea of dragging the sensitive skin under the eye with a eye cream and finger, so this seemed perfect. The roll on was easy to keep in my bag and easy to apply at short notice. No fiddling, no need to wash hands before using, just a matter of applying. It felt smooth and cool, which appeared quite refreshing which is great for those early ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Garnier Eye Roll-on (359 words)

I'd seen this product advertised on television and in magazines for ages, so when it was in special offer in Superdrug I decided to give it ago as I was (and probably still am) looking slightly the worse for wear after a few too many late night coursework and revision marathons. The product normally retails around the £10 mark, but Superdrug were selling it for half price at just under £5. The packaging is really different to other similar products on the market because it's like a pen with a silver ball on the end which you roll under your eye to apply the stuff inside. You get 15ml and as the pen thing is semi-transparent you can see how much you've got ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Garnier Eye Roll-On: Eye-Rollingly Average (428 words)

Garnier Eye Roll-On is a premium eye-care product in a revolutionary package: It has only been available for the last year or two, and has been heavily advertised so I thought I would give it a try. It normally sells for around £9.00 to £10.00 which is a little bit too steep for me, so I bought mine when it was on offer in Tesco and it only cost around £4.00, which I think is about right. You get 15 ml of product which doesn't seem very much but it does last ages: Each application spreads the product really thinly around the eye area, so a little goes a long way. This is an update on the old traditional eye gels: It is a thick , milky, ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Garnier Eye Roll-on: Don't Believe the Hype! (465 words)
by - written on 10/03/09 (Very useful, 760 readings)

I initially bought this after seeing the glossy advertisement on TV. I was sucked in after hearing that so many of these were sold every few seconds - I began to wonder what this magic little product was that everyone else seemed to be buying and why didn't I know about it!!! I've always had bags under my eyes - even earning the nickname 'panda' on a few occasions and I always look just that little bit sleepy - so when I saw a Garnier Eye Roll On in my local supermarket - I fell for all the hype and bought one. What is it? This product is described as a 'handbag must have' the idea being that it is a cooling moisturiser in a roll-on ...  Read the complete review
