Delicate skin and dark circles? I would avoid this product! (Garnier Eye Roll-on)

Advantages: Roll on applicator is a great idea, nice smell

Disadvantages: No results, sticky and oily, tightens uncomfortably

I was quite releaved when I saw the Garnier Eye Roll-on had received poor reviews! This is because the adverts made it seem like a wonder product and many magazines recommended it.

First I must say I do love the idea. A product has to penetrate the skin for it to work and a 'roll on' is a great way to do this while still being gentle on the skin.

Sadly, this product was not for me. One of the reasons is that I failed to see a results. As which facial products, your face becomes softer or cleaner, but I don't see how this product 'brightens eyes' or 'moisturises', as the product claims.

I believe this product would be suited to 'puffy eyes' as it infact tightens the skin, rather than moisturises. I have quite inset eyes which sink rather than puff (hehe that's not as bad as it sounds!) as this made my eye area quite unconfortable.

At first the product is very oily. I thought mine may be broke as it really does dispense a LOT of product, but it isn't. Once the oily, sticky product dries, it tightens the eye area, which didn't suit me. It also did nothing for my dark circles.

Summary: Definitely not for dry, delicate skin.
