Advantages: cooling, refreshing, great packaging, original idea

Disadvantages: Not a miracle cure

Garnier eye Roll on has certainly received it's fair share of advertising, it can frequently be seen on television commercials, in beauty magazines and in the handbags of most of my friends. Bit is it actually any good?

I quite like the packaging - almost fluorescent green makes it easy to find in an over crowded bag, and it seems to fit comfortably in my hand for a smooth application. The product itself contains caffeine to 'smooth those wrinkles'. I guess everyone expect some overnight miracle cure to vanish all bags and give them the under eyes of an 18 year old after one application. As nice as that would be it's not going to happen. However I find the formula to be very cooling and refreshing under my eyes and it certainly makes me feel more awake. The cool metal ball also feels nice on the delicate skin area, and I feel it moisturises too making it great for using before you apply make-up.

The verdict? I do use this product daily and always keep it to hand when I feel a little tired. Granted it's not the miracle cure it's hyped up to be, but I do think it is a nifty little refreshing eye roll on, and well worth the investment.

Summary: A staple in my make-up bag. Great for tired eyes.
