As much I'd love to try the newest luxury skin care products and am restricted by the amount of pennies in my purse and instead have to search for the price reductions and for those that happen to be on offer. I look longingly at the new products and all their amazing claims and then have to force myself to fing something more affordable. A couple of months ago, I was on such a mission in Boots, scanning the shelves for something that was within my prce range and also met my requirements. Having recently finished my current brand I was on the lookout for a new moisturiser (preferably one that was on offer of course) to replace it. I was in my local Tesco when I noticed they were doing a promotion on the Garnier face creams and cleansers. I had a look about to see if they had one suitable for my skin type and decided that the Nutritionist day cream for dry and sensitive skin sounded like the best option, and the best bit was that it had been reduced down to half price from £7.82 down to £3.91. For a facial cream from open shelf Garnier's Nutritionist Daily Cream is not a disappointing one. In fact, I was pleased with its texture, flavour, and price. I bought it with discount price in Boots a year ago and used it almost everyday until the container was empty. The cream is smooth and easy to be absorbed by skin. However, the moisture itself seems to be a bit thin as I found it necessary to apply more later of the day especially when it was dry. The design and the colour of the container make it easy to be recognized among other skin cream in stores, and the lid is easy to open and close. No trouble even when hands are wet.
