Advantages: Keeps skin fresh, clean and clear

This is a fantastic scrub cleanser which I first bought years ago and have been using on and off ever since. It costs around £3 but this does depend on where you buy it from, and over the years I've been able to get it on offer at often around £1 a bottle.

It comes in a squeezy tube that stands on it's lid. The lid has a flip up top which fastens tightly and securely so that it won't leak. It's easyt o get the cleanser out of the tube by just squeezing it a little, but sometimes it can be hard not to get too much out.

The cleanser is a clear gel with little blue microbeads in it. The beads are gentle on the skin and whilst you can feel them working they're not at all scratchy. It feels really refreshing and cooling on the skin when you're using it, and it really does feel like it's giving it a good deep clean. It foams up nicely and is easy to use, and rinses off quickly and easily. It has quite a nice fresh smell, a bit like cucumber, which is much better than the usual medicated smells you get with this type of product.

After I've used this my skin feels soft, smooth and very clean indeed, but not to the point of feeling tight or dry. It doesn't dry my skin out, but it does stop it from producing as much oil and mattifies it, so for this reason it would not be so suited for dryer skin types.

Over the years of using this I've found it to be very effective at helping to keep my skin fresh, clean and clear, and when I stop using it I really notice the difference and soon go back to it again. I'll definitely carry on buying this one
