Advantages: Really effective
Disadvantages: Made my cheeks feel slightly oily
My skin was looking really dry so I had a look when I was in Boots for something to give it a quick boost and decided to buy Garnier skin naturals comfort rich mask with acacia honey.
Packaging
=======
Available in a two pack of masks each containing just 6ml of lotion. The packet tells me that the mask is good for quenching and protecting the moisture in dry and very dry skin. It tells me that the mask contains acacia honey, shea butter and glycerine.
Appearance And Smell
================
This is a very thick white cream which has a nice subtle smell of honey.
Application
========
It was fairly fiddly getting the cream out after I ripped open the packet. There was ample cream to smooth all over my face and neck in a really thick layer. It did initially feel a bit sticky but that gave way to smoothness. I lay back with the mask on for the recommended 10 minutes. It wasn't a particularly relaxing experience, but wasn't unpleasant either. Most of the cream had soaked into my skin by this time and I just had to wipe the residue off with a tissue.
Results
=====
I was really impressed with the results I got. My skin felt lovely and smooth and my dry flaky patches were gone. The only slight quibble was that my cheeks felt a bit oily for a while. My face also looked really healthy after using this product. The effects lasted at least 24 hours.
Overall
=====
A really good product with surprisingly good results for the price of only £1.79 for two applications. I'm looking forward to using the second sachet and will probably buy it again.
Summary: A Good Value Product
