I like this deep pore wash, it really seems to help keep my sometimes awful spot and blackhead prone skin clean and clear. I admit I am a skincare-aholic, you only have to look at my other reviews (many more soon to be added) on the variety of skincare/haircare/make up products to prove that I have a problem with all things "to make you prettier". Yes - I'm kinda into trying to look ok - I can't help it. Anyway onto the product review... ***The Packaging*** The Garnier Pure Deep Pore Wash comes in a "peacock" shiny blue tube, which stands upright on it's flip top lid. The design is easy on the eye, and it is clear ... Read the complete review

The first time I used this, I almost poked my eyes out. You’d think that being a reasonably smart-ish girl I would be able to use a face wash without causing serious bodily harm to myself. Not so. The instructions on the pack say to concentrate on the forehead, nose and chin, aka your t-zone. Have you ever tried to do that, in one fell swoop? I don’t mean have a little scrub away at your forehead, and then another at your nose and a final go at your chin. I mean go for the whole T shape with the flick of a wrist? I wouldn’t recommend it. I went up and I went out, but I peaked a bit too soon and mistook by eye sockets for my forehead. This was not the best idea. I read ... Read the complete review

As you might have guessed, I have an oily skin. Though its still oily, the oiliness has reduced exponentially & I credit this development partly to the Garnier Pure Deep Face Wash & mostly to my change in diet though the former has been very helpful too. I was against using Garnier products before because none of them suited my skin type & it was quite irritating to use because I would get a kind of a rash on my lips whenever I used Garnier products before. But one day my mom who also has oily skin ( and for whom Garnier would suit well ) bought this Face Wash & at start I was against using it given to the misadventures I had with Garnier earlier, but ... As this facial wash claims to clear up oily skin problems, I was won over and decided to buy it. So far, nothing has actually worked on sorting out my oily skin and although it is probably a bit naive of me, I live in hope that someday I will find a product that really does do what it claims to. Unfortunately, this particular facial wash is not the one. ***The Product*** The facial wash is actually more of a facial scrub. It is a clearish blue colour with small blue granules in it. Maybe I didn't read the packaging well enough before buying it, but I was expecting something more like a foaming facial wash than a scrub. Although the granules are just ... Read the complete review

Firstly, I am a fairly spotty person, in general. Going on the pill definitely didn't help, and the injection hasn't made it worse, but hasn't really improved my skin either. Whilst I have tried various skin routines, from those aimed at clearing skin to straightforward skin routines, from cheap to expensive, and none seemed to really help my condition. The last few months has been very different for me and my skin. Why? I have switched from a fairly expensive skin system to using the Synergie Pure range, and it has worked miracles. I was switched onto it by a friend at work, and luckily it has been great. After using this wash I ... Read the complete review
