Gatineau Serenite Lait Demaquillant Apaisant

This is the best cleanser I've found for removing all traces of make-up. I didn't actually realise that my cleansers weren't doing the job until I had a Gatineau facial. I thought I'd taken off my make-up, but the aesthetician used this cleanser & there was still loads of foundation-coloured gunk on my skin! I've been using this more or less constantly ever since, and I do think I have fewer spots and brighter skin as a result. This is a lovely medium-textured white lotion, with a very pleasant fragrance; it actually smells expensive. Don't be fooled by ze french name of ziz soothing make-up remover. It is great at getting even heavy make-up off, but leave the eyes alone! It can make them water a little if you wipe over your eyes. Used at body temperature, you pour it into your hands and let it warm a little,it goes on very easily, lovely fragrance, almost smells like a baby lotion! I usually stand the bottle in some hot water to heat it up, while I use the eye make-up remover first. (review of this to come soon!) Use damp cotton wool to wipe it off.
