Gillette Fusion Power Razor

First off, this razor costs a crazy £10, with 4 blades being another £10 on top, so it is incredibly expensive, and as such will only find its way into my life as a gift! Having said that, I have NEVR had a shave as good as the one this razor gives, so you just have to contemplate what a good shave is worth to you! The beauty of this razor is that the 5 blades are thin and close together. Not only does this give a very smooth and comfortable shave, it also means that the head is small enough that you can trim your beard with precision. At some point in every mans life he has, or will, receive a one of these razors as part of a gift pack for christmas or any other occasion. The razor in the packaging really does look very appealing, with all the bright colors and the powerful fonts. You can really tell that this is a very manly gadget (which is good as it is for men). You can also see, just by looking at the packaging that a battery is used. I didn't know what the battery could possibly power as the blades do not move. It was a mystery. Interestingly the main thrust of Gillette's advertising is to urge us to give up the Mach 3 because the Fusion range of razors is so much better. This is both a little bit disconcerting, if not amusing, as for years Gillette has been flogging the Mach 3 as part of "the best a man can get" range of shaving products. Plus it's more usual to set your stall as to how much better your product is as compared to the competition.
